Description: Whether you activate in a company, institution or NGO or simply want to broaden the development, this course will support you in all phases of your project: identification, planning, formulation, implementation, monitoring and evaluation.
At the end of this training, participants will be able to:
- Develop, plan and write eligible projects;
- Organize, monitor, control and manage projects successfully;
- Manage project resources (material, financial and human) in an efficient and effective manner;
- Manage risk and to propose measures for recovery / adjustment of the project to achieve the project objectives and proposed outcomes.
