Vieriu Oana, as a business development consultant, is responsible for the financial aspects of a business or a project grant, dealing with both historical financial analysis and diagnosis of SMEs companies in production and services, cash forecasting flow, profit and loss, balance sheet, calculating various financial indicators by consulting mission objectives on multiple forecast scenarios and providing strategic financial advice, action plans for the development or recovery of clients’ businesses.
Oana has the ability to “read the numbers”, to see beyond conventional approaches to situations and financial results and extract the root causes of problems so that every difficult situation that a business is experiencing, be treated and resolved in a unique, appropriate and effective way.
