Ciprian Iorga is the manager of Vertical Finance since 2006, when due to qualifications and experience in economic and financial learned within audit and financial consultancy companies and multinational companies, decided to start its own business, launching the “project” Vertical Finance.
As General Manager of the company, Ciprian has the ability to understand the customer’s business model, just seeing the business from the perspective of an entrepreneur. Through strategic thinking and an analytical approach he always finds the causes of problems facing a business and meets them with a series of innovative solutions designed in such a way as to lead to a successful business on long term. He approaches each stage of a process as an individual component necessary to obtain final deliverable, taking a lot into account the consultancy provided to the client on the project.
Ciprian’s specialization is economic and financial field: develops technical and economic documentation for projects and large investments, makes financial models to reduce costs and streamline processes, analyzes and financial projections on several scenarios, budget center, currency etc. He don’t stand aside from obtaining loans and lines of funding from banking institutions to support customer projects or from engaging in project management in grant, as Manager / Financial Officer.
Ciprian Iorga has great ambitions in relation to a well-developed sense of reality, being oriented towards results and impact, communication, performance and continuing professional development. The main achievement is the top performing in the company Vertical Finance, animating the entire team of consultants, and clients in achieving goals.
