Vertical Finance S.R.L. was set up as company on March 6, 2006 acting on consultancy market in grants. The period 2007-2011 has meant an accumulation of experience and broadening the customer portfolio on most funding programs of European and national origin, available to Romania from Romania’s accession to the structure of the European Union (2007) and beyond: POR, POSCCE, POS DRU, PNDR, CBC IPA RO-SE, minimis aid program, BAS BERD, Romania-Switzerland Program.
However, the company has made its presence on the local and regional consulting firms by offering a variety of services on the development of reports and technical and economic specific documentation: business plans pre-/feasibility studies, cost-benefit analysis, other financial analysis, market research, marketing strategies, and business development strategies, local development strategies, in various fields, opportunity studies, and market research.
On May 22, 2009 the company Vertical Finance S.R.L then started getting certified and implemented quality management system ISO 9001:2008.
On November 3, 2010, Vertical Finance S.R.L. is authorized by the Romania BAS Program on competent “Business Development”.
Since 2011, the company is authorized to CNPFA for the training course of “Project Manager” (COR code 241919) – level of specialization, and its consultants are certified trainers in the “Project Manager” and “Developing entrepreneurial skills.”
At the end of 2011, following matriculation and interview for qualification, the consultancy firm joins AMCOR (National Association for Consultancy and Training Companies in Management) with full rights, along with 82 other consulting firms in Romania.
In 2012, I submitted the membership adherence to ACRAFE (Consultants Association of Romania to access European funds). This year was the most “full” year in terms of European funded projects submitted (41) and number of clients (63%). Consultancy services were extended to other geographical areas, such as Arad, Bucharest and Sibiu (Region Centre and Bucharest-Ilfov) but also on a wider range of areas.
