The collaboration between Blue Med Clinic Ltd. and Vertical Finance consisted in designing a study opportunity on concession of a land of 1,500 sqm Manastirea Caldarusani Street, no. 9, sector 1, Bucharest to establish a physical and neurological rehabilitation center and implementing a business plan for planning the establishment and operation of a physical and neurological rehabilitation center. The investment in the Founding recovery center was estimated at 2,000,000 Euros. Business plan and opportunity study prepared were completed in April 2013 containing information about the profitability of the investment basis of developments and market trends, therapeutic services offered, the competitive environment and financial planning horizon of 5 years, with a focus on business operations.
